Cementerio de San Nicolás

The Cemetery of San Nicolás, adjacent to the Church of the same name, was founded during the administration of the Bishopric of Mariano Martí and it's one of the few that still exists today in Venezuela, since during the administration of the General Juan Vicente Gómez the cemeteries were taken out from the Churches.  

In this cemetery, rest the remains of illustrious figures like the Marshall Juan Crisóstomo Falcon and of his wife Mrs. Luisa Isabel Pachano de Falcon and Mrs. Polita Lima de Castillo.
