Tourism Card
(Countries exempt from tourist visa requirement to enter Venezuela)
Germany, Andorra, Antigua and Barbados, the Netherlands, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Argentina, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Spain, United States, Finland, France, Granada, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Paraguay, Pays Bas, Portugal, United Kingdom, South Africa, San Cristobal and Nevis, Santa Lucia, San Marino, San Vicente and the Grenadines, Switzerland, Sweden, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uruguay.

The cards  are valid for one year and allows multiple entries, but it permits you to stay in the country for a period no longer than 90 days.
